Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. No Call-No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee. There is a 10-minute grace period. Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes after the appointment time will be asked to reschedule with a 50% service charge. More than 10 minutes late will be considered a No Call-No Show. Appointment confirmations are sent out 48 hours in advance. Click the link you receive to confirm your appointment. Reminders are sent out 24 hours in advance. If there is a time you need that is not available please text 321- 474-4910. All major credit /debit cards are accepted with a 4% card processing fee. Cash is preferred with no additional fees.
